We have jusr been to court againnst the charters towers council and they say they have acted in their corporate capacity and have threatened us with eviction from our property aand they will then sell our property to claim their rates.
We have until October and then we face forced eviction using a sherif and police to forceably remove us both from our property.
These bastards do not follow any constitutional law, they are a law unto themselves.
Any ideas how to stop them from evicting my missus and I would be greatly appreciated.
