Been in and out of courts for 10 years and they still won’t remove my children from their father even though my eldest daughter went to the cops and told them what he did to her when she was 7.
They refuse to move them as she won’t go any further for her mental health and she did more than 7-8 interviews with JIRT. ( specialised force joint investigative response team- now changed to japra or some crap.)
All because she can’t bear to relive the trauma
I earn too much to use legal aid and too little to afford a lawyer… no Probono has been successful and I’ve explored the common law route not going down that path the only one left is martial law they find him and find his stuff and treat him accordingly.
